Noxtech®, Inc. is a developer and supplier of air pollution control equipment.
A Noxtech System designed to treat the exhaust from a one MW landfill powered engine was installed at Cambrian Energy’s power generation facility on the Tulare County at Woodville landfill in the San Joaquin Valley. The Noxtech System has been operational at this site for three years.
Noxtech, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was incorporated on December 12, 1995. Noxtech, Inc., was purchased through a management buy out (MBO) from Cummins Engine CO in 1996. The MBO included all the assets of Noxtech including products, equipment, trade secrets, technologies, and intellectual property rights from Cummins Engine Co. Noxtech, Inc. an air pollution control technology company specializes in the control of oxides of nitrogen (NOx). The company develops, sells and services the best and most effective equipment (products and technologies) for the control of these emissions primarily from internal combustion engines and boilers. Noxtech® products eliminate between 90 and 95% of NOx emissions from combustion exhausts on a wide variety of applications. The existing Noxtech management and technical personnel were responsible for developing this advanced technology. Noxtech’s management team has a wide range of skills and excellent backgrounds in engineering, industrial development and business management within the pollution control and/or internal combustion engine industries. Noxtech is co-owned and led by Ralph Slone, President, who jointly founded and ran the development of Noxtech® when it was a division of Cummins Power Generation, Inc. The Noxtech team has many years of experience in the air pollution control and engine design and development fields. |
